Cybertips http://www.cybertip.ca Canada's national tipline for reporting
the online sexual exploitation of children. It is a centralized web portal
for receiving and addressing reports from the public regarding child pornography,
luring, child sex tourism, and children who are exploited through prostitution.
Cybertip.ca also provides the public with information, referrals and other
resources to help Canadians keep their children safe while on the Internet.

We’re On 2 U http://www.weron2u.ca A hard-hitting site for youth. Includes safety tips, predator tactics and true stories to help teens protect themselves from online predators.
Bad Guy Patrol http://www.badguypatrol.ca A site for 5- to 10-year-olds that teaches critical Internet safety skills through a series of fun and interactive games. A cast of animal characters teach kids the importance of protecting personal information and that people may not always be who they say they are.
Parent Help Line http://www.parenthelpline.ca/ Parent Help Line offers parents
and caregivers access to information, support and referral 24-hours-a-day,
365 days a year. It’s anonymous, bilingual and free from anywhere
in Canada.
Kids Help Phone http://kidshelp.sympatico.ca/en/ Every day, Kids Help
Phone and Parent Help Line counsellors answer calls and online questions
from across Canada. No matter what the problem or concern, counsellors
are there to provide immediate and caring support, information and, if
necessary, referral to a local community or social service agency.
Obscenity Crimes http://www.obsenitycrimes.org Is a resource for educating
the public and reporting possible violations of Internet obscenity laws.
Internet Tips for Parents and Kids
BeWebAware http://www.bewebaware.com A national, bilingual public education
program on Internet safety. The website serves to ensure young Canadians
benefit from the Internet, while being safe and responsible in their online
activities.

Police Service website provides Internet safety tips for parents and children.
Netsmartz http://www.netsmartz.org An interactive, educational safety resource
that teaches kids and teens how to stay safer on the Internet. NetSmartz
combines the newest technologies available and the most current information
to create high-impact educational activities that are well received by
even the most tech-savvy kids. Parents, guardians, educators, and law
enforcement also have access to additional resources for learning and
teaching about the dangers children may face online.
Isafe http://www.isafe.org A non-profit Internet safety foundation founded
in 1998, to bring Internet safety education and awareness to the youth.
Virtual Global Task Force http://www.virtualglobaltaskforce.com This site was created in 2003 as a direct response to lessons learned from investigations into on-line child abuse around the world. It is an international alliance of law enforcement agencies working together to make the Internet a safer place.

a network of organisations and individuals working together to eliminate
the commercial sexual exploitation of children. This report offers a comprehensive
look at Internet technologies and how they can be used to exploit children.

published in June 2000. The first scientifically based window on some
of the risks of Internet use. It presents a picture of young people who
are confronted with offensive, upsetting, and potentially dangerous Internet
encounters. It poses the challenge of how we can clean up the cyberspace
environment where our youth are going to go increasingly to play and learn.
